Bruce was the past president of the Dallas Petroleum Club, the Dallas Wildcat Committee, & the Dallas Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He is a past Director of Legacy Texas Financial Group (NASDAQ: LTXB) & member of the Texas Christian University Board of Trustees. He also is a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas and is involved in numerous civic and charitable organizations.

William Herbert Hunt has been active in the upstream and downstream sectors of the oil and gas industry and has been involved in numerous discoveries of large and giant fields in his career. In addition to his role as advisor to management, Herbert is active in oil and gas exploration, gas processing, oil refining and real estate operations on behalf of various Hunt family companies. He earned his bachelor’s degree in geology from Washington and Lee University in 1951. He has been a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) since 1953 and has served in a variety of leadership roles for a number of national industry organizations, including on the board of the American Petroleum Institute (API), president of the American Association of Drilling Contractors (AAODC – now IADC) and chairman of the National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA) from 1986-1987.
He has served non-industry organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America‘s Circle 10 Council - Executive Board since 1981 and past President 1984-1986; Boy Scouts of America Foundation Board; Board of Wadley Blood Bank & Research Institute (Now a part of Carter Blood Bank); and Board member of Presbyterian Hospital – Professional Building Corporation from 1985-1990.

Doug Hunt has served in various roles throughout the Hunt companies over the past 40 plus years. He graduated from Washington and Lee University in 1975 with a bachelor’s degree. Doug is a member of the Dallas Wildcatter’s Committee, ADAM Energy Forum, Dallas Producers Club and numerous other energy groups.

David Hunt currently manages Petro-Hunt’s Alternative Investment Division, where he and his team are responsible for investments in over 100 funds, private equity groups and companies across all industries. He earned his bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Texas. David has been active in the oil and gas industry and the Hunt companies for the past 30 years. He is also involved in numerous charities and organizations throughout Dallas.

Gage Prichard has been the trustee of the William Herbert Hunt Trust Estate since April 2008 and is a director of Pursue Energy Corporation. He was president of his construction company, Gage Homes, for 38 years. During that time, he was president of Dallas Builders Association, a life director of National Association of Home Builders, and a 20-year member of the Housing Finance Committee. Gage has been a Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas trustee for over 25 years and is a University Park councilman. He holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate from Southern Methodist University.

Beth Babb is the general counsel of Petro-Hunt. She joined Petro-Hunt in 2020 and is responsible for legal and compliance support for the company’s management and corporate operations. Prior to joining Petro-Hunt, she practiced oil and gas law at a Fort Worth based firm and was the general counsel for a private multi-generational oil & gas and ranching corporation. She graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree and obtained her law degree in 2008 from the University of Texas.

Marshall T. Hunt serves as Chief Operating Officer for Petro-Hunt, LLC, where he assists in development of the company’s E&P assets and acquisition efforts. Mr. Hunt is also Vice President of Pillar Energy, LLC and Pledge Resources, LLC. Both Pillar and Pledge are oil and gas companies who hold non-operated working interest, mineral, and royalties in all major oil and gas plays across the United States.

Additionally, Mr. Hunt serves on the board of Omni Environmental Solutions and Pure West Energy. He is also Vice President and Manager of MACABA Holdings, L.L.C., a private investment entity. He also serves as Manager of Game Creek Ranch, L.L.C., which is a 4,500-acre ranch that runs an active cow calf program and acts as a game preserve for exotic species.

Mr. Hunt is active in several industry and professional organizations, such as Young Presidents Organization (YPO), TCU’s Young Chancellors Advisory Committee, Dallas Petroleum Club, Texas Alliance of Energy Producers (Board Member), American Association of Petroleum Landmen (AAPL), American Association of Drilling Engineers (AADE), Texas Oil & Gas Association (TOGA) and other industry organizations. He is also active with various local charitable organizations.

Mr. Hunt holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University (TCU) and an MBA from Louisiana State University (LSU).

Casey Herbert Hunt serves as Managing Director of Minerals & Royalties for Petro-Hunt, LLC.

Mr. Hunt is the President of Pillar Energy, LLC and serves as Vice President of Pledge Resources, LLC.

Mr. Hunt is an active member of American Association of Petroleum Landmen (AAPL) and many other industry organizations.

Mr. Hunt attended the University of Georgia Honors program and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in management from the Terry College of Business.

Austin D. Hunt is the Managing Director of Mineral and Royalty at Petro-Hunt, LLC, where he is responsible for overseeing the company’s long term mineral and royalty acquisition and management strategy. Through various family entities he manages mineral holdings, royalty holdings, and non-operated working interests for Petro-Hunt, LLC.

Mr. Hunt also serves as Vice President of Pledge Resources, LLC, Pillar Energy, LLC , and Pangea Capital. Prior to joining Petro-Hunt, LLC, Mr. Hunt spent three years at Dale Resources, LLC working in the Barnett Shale leasing program in Fort Worth as Head Area Landman. He is also a member of The National Association of Royalty Owners (NARO), American Association of Petroleum Landmen (AAPL), and a member of Highland Park Presbyterian Church (HPPC).

Mr. Hunt graduated with honors from The Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia (UGA) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.

Carter W. Hunt serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Real Estate for Petro-Hunt, LLC. Mr. Hunt is active on the development of Petro-Hunt’s E&P plans and Mr. Hunt manages the company’s real estate holdings around the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

Additionally, Mr. Hunt is on the board of Omni Environmental Solutions, an oilfield service company that operates in numerous basins. Mr. Hunt is the Vice President of Pillar Energy and the President of Pledge Resources, both of which acquire non-operated working interests, minerals, and royalties. Additionally, Mr. Hunt serves as President of Petro-Hunt Dakota & Petro-Hunt Oklahoma. Mr. Hunt is also a Vice President of Pillar Energy and MACABA Holdings.

Mr. Hunt is active in several industry and professional organizations, such as Dallas Petroleum Club, American Association of Petroleum Landmen (AAPL), American Association of Drilling Engineers (AADE), and other industry organizations. He is also active with various local charitable organizations.

Mr. Hunt holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Neely school of Business in Finance with an Emphasis in Real Estate & a Minor in Energy Technology Management from Texas Christian University (TCU).


Samie Peterson has over 30 years of accounting experience with the Hunt companies and has held many different roles including Internal Auditor, Controller and Assistant Controller. She graduated from Midwestern State University in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in accounting. She is a member of the Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies (COPAS).

Bobby Donohue has over 37 years of industry experience in major U.S. basins. He has extensive knowledge of all oil, gas and energy-related land matters and participates daily in review, evaluation, advice and approval of decisions in this area for Petro-Hunt. Bobby earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration in accounting from Texas Tech University in 1977. He is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen, the Dallas Association of Professional Landmen and the East Texas Association of Professional Landmen.

Scott Peacock has been employed by Petro-Hunt in a variety of engineering rolls since 2011. Mr. Peacock graduated from the University of Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering. Mr. Peacock supervises the drilling, completion and production operations for Petro-Hunt and other related Petro-Hunt entities. Scott is also a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, American Association of Drilling Engineers, as well as being an Eagle Scout.

Ed Stacey has been employed by the Hunt companies in a variety of reservoir and production engineering capacities since 1982, when he graduated from the University of Texas with a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Jim Mason is responsible for Petro-Hunt’s treasury operations, cash management and credit administration. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration in accounting from West Virginia University in 1981 and his master’s in finance from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1992.

Brad Truett has over 36 years of experience as a petroleum geologist, including more than 20 as a senior geologist with Petro-Hunt. Brad has both conventional and unconventional experience in most of the major hydrocarbon producing basins of the continental United States with emphasis on basin evaluation, prospect generation, oil and gas property evaluation, and producing property management. He is part of a team of geoscientists tasked to evaluate oil and gas properties, generate ground floor drilling prospects and geologically manage Petro-Hunt’s existing producing portfolio. Brad holds bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in engineering science-geology from the University of Mississippi as well as a bachelor’s degree in geology from Millsaps College.

Susie Skidmore has over 36 years of human resources, benefits and administration experience with the Hunt companies and has held many different roles including Benefit Administrator and Manager of Human Resources and Benefits. She attended Paris Junior College and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
