Petro-Hunt Dakota
Petro-Hunt Dakota, L.L.C. was founded in 2016 as a stand-alone affiliated entity of Petro-Hunt. Petro-Hunt Dakota was formed with outside partners to operate 92 wells in the Williston Basin and has 4,000 BOEPD of operated production. Petro-Hunt Dakota has active operations in McKenzie, Billings and Stark counties in the Bakken/Three Forks formations.

Pillar Energy
Pillar Energy, LLC was founded in 2009 and is an affiliated entity of Petro-Hunt. Pillar is actively purchasing non-operated working interests and leasehold while also purchasing minerals and royalty interests across all basins.
To date, Pillar owns 2,900 net acres of leasehold and 7,600 net mineral acres under 2,200 producing wells across multiple basins.
